The purposes and chemical components of existing stainless materials are given in the table below. You can access the necessary information from the table details.

AISI 304 (1.4301)
Grade 304 stainless steel, one of the most common stainless steel grades, is frequently used in chemical, petrochemical, household appliances, industrial kitchens, automotive subsidiary industry, food industry and so on. This quality stainless is the most commonly used stainless steel quality in the world and it is preferred to be used in many environments because it is very reasonable in terms of price - performance.

AISI 304L (1.4307)
Grade 304L stainless steel has almost identical properties to grade 304 stainless steel. The characteristic that distinguishes 304L grade stainless steels from 304 grade stainless steels is that they contain less carbon than 304 grade stainless steel. This feature provides more convenient welding and machinability compared to 304 grade stainless steel. For this reason, it is indicated by the symbol L (Low Carbon).

AISI 316 (1.4401)
Grade 316 stainless steels are stainless steel products obtained as a result of adding molybdenum to the raw material and increasing the nickel ratio compared to 304 quality stainless steels. Because of these properties, 316 quality stainless steels have a very high resistance to corrosion. 316 grade stainless steels are the most commonly used stainless steel products after 304 grade stainless steels. According to these characteristics, the areas of use are usually shipyards, acidic environments, mining sector, paint industry, steam boilers and similar areas.

AISI 316L (1.4404)
Grade 316L stainless steels are very widely used stainless steel products with a lower carbon content than grade 316 stainless steels. It is preferred due to its high level of corrosion resistance and its suitability for high welding workmanship. Although it has the same properties as 316 quality stainless steels, it is among the first stainless steels in areas where high corrosion resistance is required with the low carbon ratio it contains. It is an indispensable stainless steel product in marine activities, mining industry, paint industry, chemical industry.

AISI 316Ti (1.4571)
Grade 316Ti stainless steels are a version with titanium added to grade 316 stainless steels. If the ambient temperature is very high (500°C - 800°C) in the areas where stainless steels will be used, and the quality of the stainless steel to be used is especially desirable to be 316 series, it is more convenient to use 316Ti quality stainless steels. It provides high heat resistance due to the titanium element it contains, but also provides resistance against corrosion and chemicals. Because of these characteristics, the areas of use are very wide. Pumps, steam boilers, Petroleum and petrochemical industries are the most common areas of use.

AISI 309
Grade 309 stainless steels are mainly used in areas where temperature and humidity are high. It is preferred due to its oxidation resistance up to 1100°C and its friction resistance. Although it has high resistance to fresh and salt water, it will be more convenient to use other stainless steel products because it has low resistance to acid substances that it will be exposed to in the industrial area. Its cardboard against nitrogen and sulfur gases is quite high. It is suitable for welding operations, but internal corrosion that will occur in the welding process should be considered in the ion of stainless steel products.

AISI 310 (1.4845)
The purpose of production of grade 310 stainless steel material is to maintain operation at high temperatures without losing efficiency and without deformation. It is a material that can withstand working conditions even if the working temperature rises to 1100°C when the appropriate conditions are met. In this way, the ability to produce and yield a steel material that has high resistance to heat depends on the ability to achieve a homogeneous distribution in the composition of the steel.

AISI 321 (1.4841)
Grade 321 stainless steel is a stainless grade that falls into the austenitic grade and is generally preferred where the temperature is high.321 quality stainless steel, which is structurally above average corrosion resistance, gives its users an advantage in heat with its resistance to high temperature. On the other hand, its corrosion resistance and heat resistance are highly effective in the appreciation of the material. Grade 321 stainless steel is like the brother of a familiar component. As with 316 Ti, grade 321 stainless steel has titanium. In this context, it is not wrong to say that this material is made more resistant to corrosion and temperature by adding titanium to grade 304 stainless steel. This product is a stainless steel product that is often used in food process lines, bolts, screws, parts of transportation and transport vehicles.

DUBLEX (1,4462)
Duplex Stainless Steel is a stainless steel product that shows very high cardboard resistance to corrosion. It is a stainless steel product that can be more resistant to rust compared to grade 304 and 316 stainless steel groups. Stainless steels of 1,4462 quality are harder and corrosion resistant than ferretic stainless steels, and are almost 50% more resistant to breakage than austenitic materials. Often used in areas requiring rigidity, flexibility and durability, this quality is used in pump shafts, boat shafts, propeller construction, private hydroelectric power plants, food industry, chemical sector and machine production.

For this reason, it is the most demanded stainless steel product in gas production plants, oil industry and petrochemical sectors where corrosion resistance is high.
